Produced, wrote and edited for the NT Daily en Español newscast and taught students how to write, shoot, talk and edit broadcast style. I also created bulletin boards, graphics and 30-second spots for non-profits organizations in the Denton County using Premiere Adobe software. Charter Cable Channel 191 and Verizon FIOS Channel 39.

Produced, recorded, and edited all commercial spots for the station. Worked with Final Cut Pro and After Effects. Met with clients and took care of all the production, shooting and editing of the commercials. Whenever I did not had any commercials assigned I helped the NotiPuntos reporter Jorge Heredia with local news stories, recorded multiple news packages and wrote copy for all of them. NotiPuntos is a 60sec news segment, which airs twice a day.

Reported, anchored, and edited a 5min newscast for a show called Foro 55. Edited on Final Cut Pro. I was also the talent, videographer and editor of a 1:30 min-segment of the Foro 55 show called Zoom In, where I picked original and special places in the Dallas area that served the community. I also did a 1min weekly segment called “Pachanga Patrol” where I was the talent, editor and writer. The segment was about all the activities in the Dallas area. I researched online every day to find the best events, wrote a 1min script, and edited it using Final Cut Pro. I also helped with the writing and editing of publicity campaigns. In addition, I was the manager of the company’s Facebook page and took care to publish daily posts.
